Upon Arrival

An Agent will monitor the status of your flight and meet you at the arrival gate with your name on a sign. Your passage will be expedited through Passport control and taken to the baggage claim hall and ensure you retrieve your bags. Should you need help with your luggage, Porter services are available at a charge. You will also be accompanied to your VIP transportation, which will be outside the arrivals waiting.

Upon Departure

The meeting spot and time will be arranged based on your transfer time. You will be met by an agent upon arrival at the airport. Should you need help with your Luggage, Porter services are available at a charge. An agent will guide you to the correct counter and facilitate your check-in procedures. You will be expedited through the Security check and Passport control. Based on the option chosen, you are escorted to your gate or to the Executive Lounge, which includes beverages, light refreshments, premium liquor, access to the Sundeck, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
